As a founding team member of 5W1H Media, Niharika has shouldered multiple pivotal roles within the organisation, over the period of time since its inception. In her current role as the Manager, Statutory Compliances, she ensures the organisation’s absolute adherence to all the regulations and laws of the land. She is a great proponent of meticulousness and diligence at workplace and strives her best to lead by example. Niharika is also a firm believer in social equity and wishes to extend her efforts, beyond her current duties towards providing equal access to opportunities across all social segments of our society.
