In Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow, a customer who used a ‘modern day’ application to order food and denied to accept food after arrival claiming the delivery person to be ‘untouchable’. The local resident identified as Vineet Kumar, shouted casteist slurs to the delivery agent and thrashed him along with 10-12 others. Kumar then spat at the delivery agent’s face.
