In a video, a TNSTC bus conductor could be seen throwing out luggage and forcing a family to get down from the bus with a visually impaired man, and a young child. According to reports, the family belonged to the Narikuruva community in Tamil Nadu and were travelling to Tirunelveli. The bus conductor identified as C S Jayadas has been suspended by the transport authorities on December 9.
