Rape is a severe crime. Equally serious is accusing a man falsely of Rape. Misuse of laws reduces the efficacy of those laws. Here's a case of Arnab Ganguly, who was falsely accused of Rape by his colleague after their relationship turned sour. He spent eight months in Jail and went through 6 years of trial to prove his innocence. Justice must be equal for all & men who are falsely accused must get Justice.
